I continued to subcontract for a few different sewer and water main companies until 1995 when I was able to put 100% of my Gifts, Talents and Abilities into “Dependable Drain Service”.
A + Contracting - 2007 – 2017
Dependable Drain Service soon evolved into a second business “A+ Contracting” where we performed complete kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling.
NYC College Of Technology - 2017 – 2021
After 2001 – The tragedy of the Twin Towers – business began to slow down. I continued to do business for a few more years before deciding to get into “Public work” and further my education In Construction Management at City Tech.
